What is included in the lesson price?
Each package includes the instructor's time, use of the training vehicle, fuel, and in-car guidance during the lesson. There are no separate booking fees, and any add-ons like a mock test session are clearly listed in the package details.
Can I switch to a different package after starting?
Yes. If you find you need more or fewer lessons than expected, our team in Alexandria can adjust your package. Any price difference is calculated based on lessons already completed, and we will explain the adjustment before proceeding.
Do you offer refunds for unused lessons?
Unused lessons within a package can be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus any lessons already taken. Contact our office at least 24 hours before a scheduled lesson to arrange a change or cancellation without losing that session.
Is payment required upfront for the full package?
We ask for payment at the time of booking to secure your instructor and schedule. For larger packages like Full Preparation, we can discuss splitting payment into two installments if that works better for you.
